This Independent Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Knowmore Cleaning Service LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), located at 709 West Kenilworth Ave, Palatine, Illinois, 60067, and [Contractor's Name] (hereinafter referred to as "the Contractor"), an independent contractor.

• Services:

This Agreement shall be effective from [Effective Date] and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. The Contractor agrees to provide the following services to the Company without limitations:

• House Cleaner/Housekeeper services, including but not limited to all items on the Knowmore Checklist and any add-on services and requests.
• Contractor Representations and Warranties:

The Contractor represents and warrants that:
a. The Contractor is fully authorized and empowered to enter into this Agreement and perform the obligations herein, and such performance will not violate any agreement between the Contractor and any other person, firm, organization, or any law or government regulation.
b. All parties are in full compliance with all applicable laws and statutes.
c. The Contractor is at least 18 years of age and not otherwise incapacitated at the time of entering into this Agreement.
d. The Contractor will notify the Company of any changes to their schedule that could adversely affect availability, whether known or unknown at the time of this Agreement, no later than two weeks prior to such changes. If changes occur within the two-week period, the Contractor must promptly inform the Company.
e. The Contractor will bear all expenses incurred in the performance of this Agreement, including but not limited to transportation fees, personal fees, and any expenses resulting from an injury on the job.
•Independent Contractor Status:
The Contractor is an independent contractor of the Company, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create an employer-employee relationship, principal-agent relationship, partnership, joint venture, or any other fiduciary relationship. The Contractor has no authority to act as an agent for or on behalf of the Company, represent the Company, or bind the Company in any manner.
•Confidential Information:
The Contractor and their employees shall not share or exchange any confidential information belonging to the Company.
•Intellectual Property:
The Contractor acknowledges that all intellectual property rights related to the services provided under this Agreement belong to the Company, and the Contractor shall not use or disclose such intellectual property without the Company's prior written consent
•Liability:
The Contractor acknowledges that they assume all liability for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during the performance of their services. The Company shall not be held liable for any such damages, losses, or injuries.
•Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services performed by the Contractor under this Agreement.
•Indemnification:
The Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the Contractor's performance or breach of this Agreement.
•Duration, Scope, and Severability:
This Agreement shall take effect immediately and shall remain in full force and effect indefinitely unless terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be binding and enforceable.
•Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois.
•Waiver:
The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or any other provision herein.

APPENDIX A: PRICING AND COMPENSATION GUIDELINES
Services performed by the Contractor under this Agreement shall be performed at an hourly rate of $20 per hour. The Contractor shall keep all tips awarded by the Company's customers.
